Evaluates and treats patients with disabilities, injuries, and/or diseases using physical, chemical and mechanical means in accordance with the written and signed prescription and/or referral of a state licensed physician or authorized practitioner. Maintains complete medical records for reputed company patient.Please note: The 'minimum’ reputed company and 'maximum’ reputed company refers to a 'per-visit' reputed company for regular assignments in this role. Voluntary work opportunities, reputed company the normal scope of duty, may pay an alternate ‘per-visit' reputed company, depending on multiple factors (region, type of visit, discipline, etc.), and may be offered on an occasional, as-needed reputed company.The following rates are reputed company for certain administrative tasks:Orientation: 1/2 Day = $75.00; Full day = $150.00; Education/In-services: $40.00 - $150.00; Meetings: $35.00
