**Experienced Part-Time Customer Operations Associate (Remote) – Ignition Interlock Device Support Specialist**

**Job Purpose:**
As a Part-Time Customer Experience Associate, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional support to our customers by managing a range of inbound inquiries related to ignition interlock devices (IID). In this position, your primary objective is to achieve one-call resolution by efficiently addressing customer questions and concerns, while providing clear guidance on regulatory requirements specific to their IID needs. You will act as a knowledgeable resource, educating customers on their responsibilities and options to ensure they have a smooth, compliant experience with our products and services.
**Duties & Responsibilities:**
1. Manage a high volume of incoming customer interactions with efficiency and professionalism. Utilize your exceptional communication skills to provide timely and effective support to customers, ensuring their needs are met and their concerns are addressed.
2. Quickly identify, assess, and resolve customer needs in real-time to ensure a positive experience and satisfaction. Leverage your problem-solving skills to provide accurate and relevant information, ensuring customers receive the support they need to navigate our products and services.
3. Consistently adhere to assigned schedules and demonstrate punctuality. Show your commitment to our customers and our organization by being on time and meeting your scheduled commitments.
4. Maintain the ability to type and communicate simultaneously, effectively handling interactions in a fast-paced environment. Develop your multitasking skills to efficiently manage multiple customer interactions, ensuring timely resolution of their concerns.
5. Provide accurate, relevant, and complete information by utilizing appropriate methods and tools. Stay up-to-date on our products and services, regulatory requirements, and company policies to provide accurate and reliable information to customers.
6. Process customer payments accurately and securely as needed. Ensure the secure processing of customer payments, maintaining the confidentiality and integrity of our customers' financial information.

**Job Requirements:**
1. High School diploma or GED. Meet the minimum educational requirement for this role, demonstrating a strong foundation in communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking.
2. Customer Service experience. Leverage your previous customer service experience to provide exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and their concerns are addressed.
3. Ability to pass all training assessments and complete ongoing training as needed. Demonstrate your commitment to ongoing learning and professional development, ensuring you stay up-to-date on our products and services, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
4. Consistent performance in quality, efficiency, and attendance targets. Meet or exceed our performance targets, demonstrating your ability to work efficiently, effectively, and consistently.
5. Calm and solution-focused under pressure. Remain composed and focused under pressure, providing accurate and relevant information to customers in a timely and effective manner.
6. Strong accountability and ability to work independently. Take ownership of your work, ensuring timely resolution of customer concerns and maintaining a high level of quality and efficiency.
7. Excellent judgment and critical thinking for decisions on state regulations and company policies. Leverage your critical thinking skills to make informed decisions, ensuring compliance with state regulations and company policies.
8. 25-hour workweek (no weekends required) between the hours of 9a-3:30p CST. Commit to a part-time schedule, ensuring you are available to support our customers during our business hours.
