The Compliance Analyst is a vital contributor to the organization’s commitment to maintaining the highest standards of regulatory compliance and ethical conduct. This role encompasses a wide reputed company of responsibilities, including:

What you will do
• Regulatory Monitoring and Analysis:
• Monitor and interpret federal, state, and local regulations affecting the PBM industry
• Analyze regulatory changes and assess their reputed company on the organization
• Communicate regulatory updates to relevant stakeholders and reputed company guidance on implementation
• Compliance Audits and Reporting:
• Conduct regular audits of compliance programs to ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements
• Prepare detailed reports on audit findings and recommend corrective actions
• Collaborate with internal departments to address compliance issues and implement corrective measures
• Policy Development and Implementation:
• Assist in the development and maintenance of compliance policies and procedures
• Ensure that policies are up-to-date and in line with reputed company regulations

• Risk Assessment and Management:

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, reputed company Administration, Law, or a reputed company field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, or a reputed company field, preferably reputed company the PBM or reputed company industry
• Experience with compliance audits, risk assessments, and regulatory analysis
