Role Description The Compliance Analyst is a vital contributor to the organization’s commitment to maintaining the highest standards of regulatory compliance and ethical conduct. This role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including: • Continuous monitoring and auditing of compliance programs • Proactively identifying and addressing potential risks • Ensuring alignment with internal policies and external regulatory requirements • Analyzing and interpreting regulatory changes • Providing actionable insights and developing comprehensive guidance • Fostering a culture of compliance to safeguard the organization’s reputation and operational integrity What you will do • Regulatory Monitoring and Analysis: • Monitor and interpret federal, state, and local regulations affecting the PBM industry • Analyze regulatory changes and assess their impact on the organization • Communicate regulatory updates to relevant stakeholders and provide guidance on implementation • Compliance Audits and Reporting: • Conduct regular audits of compliance programs to ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements • Prepare detailed reports on audit findings and recommend corrective actions • Collaborate with internal departments to address compliance issues and implement corrective measures • Policy Development and Implementation: • Assist in the development and maintenance of compliance policies and procedures • Ensure that policies are up-to-date and in line with current regulations • Provide training and support to staff on compliance policies and procedures • Risk Assessment and Management: • Identify potential compliance risks and develop strategies to mitigate them • Conduct risk assessments and monitor the effectiveness of compliance controls • Work with management to implement risk management strategies and ensure ongoing compliance • Stakeholder Communication and Collaboration: • Maintain effective communication with regulatory agencies, external auditors, and other stakeholders • Collaborate with legal, finance, and operational departments to ensure compliance across the organization • Participate in cross-functional teams to address compliance-related issues and initiatives Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Law, or a related field • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, or a related field, preferably within the PBM or healthcare industry • Experience with compliance audits, risk assessments, and regulatory analysis • Legal background with an understanding of healthcare laws and regulations • Experience working with legal documents and regulatory filings • Strong understanding of federal, state, and local regulations affecting the PBM industry • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex regulatory information to non-experts • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and compliance management software • May require up to 10% travel Benefits • To impact industry change in the pharmacy benefits management space, while delivering the highest quality patient outcomes • To work in a culture where people thrive because when OUR team thrives, OUR business thrives • Competitive compensation, including health, dental, vision, and other benefits Apply tot his job Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
