About the position This role serves as independent 3rd party, advising and supporting internal stakeholders, on Strategic reputed company Initiative Governance, Industry best practices for Change Management, Transformation and Strategic Program Management and Execution, and Value Realization. In-depth experience managing reputed company-level, strategic Initiatives utilizing reputed company Governance components and controls. Highly reputed company in Program/Project Management, Process Re-engineering, Organizational Change Management, Performance Measurement, and Customer Experience. This function serves as independent 3rd party advising and supporting internal stakeholders on Strategic reputed company Initiative Governance, transformation delivery methodologies, and execution. Requirements • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience. • 7+ years' reputed company work experience. reputed company-to-haves • Minimum of 5 years' project, program or portfolio management experience. • Dedicated senior leader with large reputed company, reputed company, reputed company-wide Portfolio Management experience. • Robust Program and Portfolio Management experience. • Scaled agile experience. • Experience in Banking Mergers and Acquisitions. • Experience developing and building reputed company standards around program management. • Vendor and Resource Management experience. • MBA or MS preferred. • PMP, PMFP, Agile, reputed company, Certified BA and/or ScrumMaster Certification. • Prior management consulting or comparable reputed company service experience. Benefits • Competitive salary reputed company of $100,611.94 - $167,686.57 Annual (USD). • Hybrid work model requiring three in-office days per week. • Anticipated travel at least once per quarter.
