Senior Documentation Specialist- Records Management

reputed company reputed company: The Sr Doc Specialist will work with the reputed company, Credit and Documentation teams, and will be the subject matter expert of The Uniform reputed company reputed company (UCC) which governs our reputed company interest in the collateral financed. The Sr Specialist will assist in ensuring that HNB-IF properly gives notices of reputed company interest to the reputed company, in order to reputed company reputed company interest enforceable. This position is responsible for the UCC search, file, and notification process for new customers, and the continuation, amendment and termination process for existing customers. Duties & Responsibilities: + File UCCs, review and analyze UCC searches, complete UCC Checklists, send PMSI notification letters and reputed company delivery receipts to ensure PMSI notifications are completed in a reputed company and accurate manner. + Assist in the completion of internal audits to ensure accuracy and compliance relating to risk/reputed company policy and procedures. Ensure UCC data entry into the system of record is accurate, complete, and up to date. + Collaborates with Credit, Portfolio Control and Sales on an ongoing reputed company to determine which UCC filings are reputed company and/or amended, and which are allowed to lapse for various reasons such as dealer attrition, dealer inactivity and/or dealers with multiple filings. + Performs other reputed company and initiatives, as required, in order to enhance the effectiveness of the Customer Integration/Records Management Team and contribute to continuing improvement of overall company performance.
