Hiring Now: Remote Financial Advisor – Puerto Rico Based A rare opportunity to grow inside a firm built for serious, client-focused advisors. We’re a boutique, strategy-driven financial firm serving affluent pre-retirees and retirees across the US. Our team is expanding—and we’re looking for an experienced financial advisor who resides in Puerto Rico to help lead warm prospects through our proven planning process. What You’ll Do • Meet virtually with fully qualified, appointment-set leads—no prospecting required • Guide prospects through our multi-meeting process (Discovery → Strategy → Q+A → Implementation) • Deliver integrated retirement income, Roth conversion, portfolio management, wealth transfer, and insurance-based strategies using our planning tools and internal support team • While full admin and case support is unlocked after demonstrating consistent production, new advisors are expected to manage their own planning prep and CRM notes during the ramp-up phase Who You Are • Based in Puerto Rico with 3–10+ years of experience as a financial advisor or planner • Confident presenting tax-forward retirement strategies (bonus: IUL or annuity background) • Comfortable in a virtual environment using CRM (we use Redtail), Zoom, and digital tools • Self-motivated, coachable, and committed to acting in the client’s best interest What You’ll Get • Base salary + commission structure (Year 1 realistic range: $90K–$130K+) • Calendar of warm, qualified leads from our inbound webinar/event funnel • Full back-office support (case preparation, account opening/funding, client services) available once consistent production is demonstrated • Opportunity to grow in a tight-knit, collaborative, and remote-first team How to Apply Message us here on LinkedIn or email morgan@ronaldgelok.com to express your interest.
