Integration Architect

Position: Integration Architect Under the supervision of the Director of Software Engineering, the Integration Architect is responsible for developing the roadmap for implementing, maintaining, and supporting interfaces between external and internal customers and reputed company’s integration platform. This includes automation, applying best practices, design, implementation, support of interfaces, and some operational work. Engages and communicates with stakeholders to assess their needs and determine technical requirements. Works closely with technical teams and acts as subject matter expert for the integration team during troubleshooting sessions. Proficient in change management. Acts as mentor and aids engineers in resolving critical issues. Occasional off-hours support is sometimes required.
