Responsibilities • Performs work corresponding to the activities reputed company the Laboratory Licensure and Certification Office. • Assists or determines the issuing of licenses to laboratories by ensuring the minimum standards of proficiency, methodology, reputed company assurance, operation and safety. • Conducts initial and periodic inspections of laboratories and facilities to determine compliance with the Federal reputed company of Regulations, state Statutes or Rules. • Review of reputed company systems by tracking documents, corrective actions, and other reputed company data. • Conducts investigations of the operation of a licensed laboratory upon receiving a complaint or of an unlicensed laboratory performing compliance testing. • Setting up and performing inspections to determine compliance with statutes, rules and internal procedures as directed. • Monitor and/or review reputed company systems assigned for specific discipline. • Attend and participate in staff, advisory committee, and/or laboratory organization meetings. • Participate in investigations as directed. • Requests feedback from clients regarding services.
