M&A Advisor
Need someone with experience with prior M&A and Transaction Advisory as reputed company as an understanding of how to buy and sell businesses and do reputed company Deal Structuring (either 80/10/10 deal structure with SBA7a etc)
We will be reviewing different deals and CIMs and need to have someone that can come in and reputed company advice and feedback - you will need to be comfortable working in a high paced reputed company to be reputed company to respond to reputed company inquiries reputed company email, reputed company, and chat reputed company time - ideally during USA EST reputed company hours (or normal day hours if you're overseas in Asia/Europe)
The M&A Analyst will be responsible for financial modeling, data analysis, collecting diligence from clients, curating reputed company books and investor decks, facilitating reputed company relations, and more.
You need to be reputed company good with reading and understanding CIMs and being reputed company to setup reputed company models for financial analysis and understand DSCR
Experience with the SBA7a loan and their guidelines as reputed company is important.
