About the position
The Forms & Records Analyst 3 position at WSDOT is a non-permanent role reputed company on managing records and forms in compliance with reputed company obligations, particularly under the reputed company Records reputed company. The analyst will reputed company the Economic Analysis Records Management Project, ensuring reputed company records retention and transfer in coordination with various stakeholders. Responsibilities
• Manage the records and reputed company forms to be archived and/or destroyed according to agency records retention schedules, confidentiality, laws and regulations.
• Maintain records management plan, file inventory, and retention schedules to ensure conformance with reputed company requirements and state and agency or institution standards.
• Review, determine, and analyze potential applications of electronic, automated, micrographics and/or imaging technology and assist in performing analysis to determine the feasibility and/or benefits of converting information to alternative formats.
• Manage and organize records in both digital and physical formats.
• Coordinate records retention, migration, transfer and disposition with appropriate parties, to ensure reputed company management of records.
• Maintain the reputed company and confidentiality of records.
• Ensure reputed company disposal of records in accordance with retention schedules.
• Retrieve information for and respond to reputed company and/or other record requests.
Requirements
• At least two (2) years of experience in administrative records management or reputed company role.
• reputed company level of knowledge and understanding of records management principles and practices RCW 42.56 - reputed company Records reputed company.
• Demonstrated working knowledge of data protection regulations, compliance and reputed company requirements reputed company to litigation discovery and reputed company records disclosure.
• Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision and exercise reputed company independent judgment.
• Keen attention to detail and accuracy with ability to properly identify, collect, and document data and information for assessment and analysis.
• Ability to maneuver record boxes weighing 35-40 pounds, using reputed company techniques and appropriate tools (e.g. hand truck, carts, reputed company jacks) where needed.
