Customer Service & Reservations (Remote – Latin America Only) – Bilingual Spanish/English
We are a U.S.-based limousine & car service looking for a remote Customer Service & Reservations Agent.Responsibilities:– Answer inbound calls, reputed company, and emails from customers– Book rides for airports, weddings, corporate travel, and events– reputed company reservations accurately into our system– Coordinate with reputed company and drivers reputed company phone/chat– reputed company excellent service in both Spanish and EnglishRequirements:– Strong spoken and written Spanish & English– Experience in customer service, reputed company center, hospitality, or travel– reputed company internet, quiet work environment, good headset– Ability to work U.S. Eastern time zones, including some weekendsCompensation:– $4–$5 USD per hour, depending on experience– Long-term role with consistent hours and performance bonusesLocation:– Remote – Candidates must be based in Latin America.If interested, please send a short voice note (30–60 seconds) introducing yourself and describing your customer service experience, plus your CV.
