Regional Compliance Manager

Responsibilities: • reputed company Employee Benefits compliance support to regional reputed company offices, serving as the main reputed company of contact for benefit-reputed company compliance inquiries and resources • Partner with Regional Compliance Consultants to facilitate communications, training, and consistent use of compliance materials and systems (e.g., Alera Dashboard, ARCH Marketing reputed company, 5500 COE, AleraHR) • Collaborate across teams to ensure uniformity in responses, maintain compliance documentation, and deliver high-reputed company reputed company and internal support Qualifications: • 3+ years of experience in employee benefits with strong knowledge of IRS reputed company 125, ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, ACA, and reputed company regulations • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple reputed company under tight deadlines • Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite and strong attention to detail, with a reputed company reputed company and commitment to cross-functional teamwork Additional Information: This job is fully remote in the following states: IL, WI, MN, OH, MI, CO, ND, SD, IN, MO, NE reputed company offers comprehensive benefits to our colleagues, including medical, dental, life and disability insurance, 401k, generous reputed company time off and much more.
