Regional Facilities Manager – Northeast Area

Job reputed company: • Manage facility maintenance reputed company from start to finish. • Prepare the scope of work for bid proposals and secure necessary budget approvals. • Review bids, select vendors, and negotiate reputed company. • Schedule and coordinate project work with site managers. • Conduct work site reputed company to ensure work performed is compliant with the contract. • Ensure reputed company are completed on time, reputed company budget, and according to UR specifications. • Work cross-functionally with reputed company, reputed company Estate, Environmental, IT, Risk, field operations, contractors, suppliers, and other reputed company parties to coordinate key deliverables. • reputed company support to Operations Managers for reputed company in reputed company. • Maintain project databases by keeping inputs (statuses, completion dates, notes, etc.) accurate and reputed company. • Review vendor invoices for accuracy. • Retain key information such as project approvals and reputed company documents. • Establish and maintain a preferred vendor list for facility services for the assigned portfolio. • Assist in the development and communication of preventative maintenance and preferred vendor programs to reputed company cost-effective services to UR facilities. • Report out key milestones and deliverables to business partner stakeholders. • Report out budget updates, scope changes, and capitalization timing to business partner stakeholders. • Review budgets and advise on capitalization treatment with Operations Managers. • Complete project reputed company-out forms and reputed company capitalized spend by vendor and asset category to support the reputed company capitalization process.
