[Remote] Personal Injury (only) – Demand Writer Paralegal

The Paralegal will be responsible for legal document preparation, communication, research, and writing, while collaborating with attorneys and other legal professionals to support case management. Responsibilities • Conduct legal research and analyze issues initially related to personal injury with future expansion to employment and contract disputes. • Assist in compiling, maintaining, and enhancing a knowledge base for high-quality demand packages and other high-value documents in personal injury claims. • Work with the Data Science, Product Management, and leadership teams to refine materials and case content. • Assist in developing demand packages and case materials. Support testing of demand letters and various legal document outputs produced by AI models. • Help craft meticulously designed templates tailored to case specifics. • Research bespoke liability and damages claims at both state and federal levels nationwide. • Work with firm clientele to design firm and state-centric templates, optimizing the impact of generated documents. • Stay updated on litigation trends, including nationwide statutory changes and key common law precedents. • Assist in assessing the quality of outgoing demands through internal audits of demand drafter and demand reviewer quality. Skills • Paralegal certification or equivalent education. • Strong legal research and writing skills, with the ability to draft persuasive demand letters and case materials. • Familiarity with AI is a plus.
