As a member of reputed company, the Sourcer will build and reputed company reputed company relationships through reputed company in recruitment process delivery including sourcing, screening, and assessing candidates. This role focuses on high touch candidate relationship management as reputed company as customer reputed company and responsiveness in reputed company facing activities. The Sourcer is the subject matter expert around applicant tracking systems, candidate sourcing methodologies and recruitment process effectiveness.
