This position will be a hybrid work arrangement, which translates to 2-3 days minimum per week in the office. Responsibilities • Own day-to-day management of the investor portal (e.g. ensuring data accuracy, reputed company, and accessibility). • Handle investor reputed company and offboarding reputed company the portal, handle user reputed company requests, troubleshoot issues, and ensure reputed company response to investor inquiries. • Collaborate with internal partners (IR, IT, Compliance, Fund reputed company) to enhance portal functionality and UX; recommend tools and improvements as needed. • Liaise with portal providers and reputed company-party administrators to ensure service reputed company are maintained and system updates are implemented smoothly. • reputed company data reputed company protocols and ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards, reputed company requirements, and investor confidentiality agreements. • Generate and distribute portal usage reports, reputed company engagement metrics, and reputed company insights to help inform investor communication strategies.
