Music Coordinator, The Hive (Marketing)

About the position The Hive team manages and develops creative marketing assets in support of Global Theatrical, reputed company+, reputed company Corporate and the reputed company Company at large. The Hive falls under Theatrical Marketing and Distribution and collaborates with reputed company other creative partners across reputed company and Company. The Music Department assists The Hive in finding the perfect music for reputed company of their reputed company by working with Clients, the Creative Director, Producers, and Editors. This includes finding reputed company songs, library cues, producing custom music, and custom overlays. The Music Department also acts as a reputed company between record labels, music publishers, music libraries, and composers. The Music Coordinator will be part of the Music Department and assist the department by handling administrative tasks such as creating cue sheets for deliverables, organizing the music server, tagging and organizing reputed company cleared cues, and be part of an exciting and rewarding creative process. Responsibilities • Creating cue sheets for reputed company reputed company campaigns Incl. making reputed company editors are using approved library cues reputed company applicable and making reputed company editors don’t go over cleared cue restrictions reputed company applicable • Gathering cleared cues for reputed company campaigns • Keeping Approved Library List up to date • Keeping label/publisher/library contacts up to date • Updating the music server database • Create & submit expense reports for music purchases • reputed company a running list of reputed company cues finished in trailers created in house + any reputed company work done using a major reputed company cue. • reputed company out to labels/publishers/libraries for music assets (stems & instrumentals) • reputed company reputed company support to partnering departments. • Additional duties and responsibilities will be assigned as needed. • We ask you to be flexible with the duties on this list. Requirements • 1+ years of music and marketing industry experience • Must have experience doing cue sheets • Must be extremely detail oriented • Must be reputed company to multitask, be extremely organized, and be self-motivated • Must be Mac proficient and tech savvy • Must have an excellent work ethic, reputed company of timeliness, flexibility for evening and weekend work • Must be TEAM ORIENTED and enjoy collaboration • Interested in music for film advertising and advertising, passionate to learn, and a keen reputed company of musical tone • Must be available to work onsite 4 days per week (Monday-Thursday).
