Director, Process Improvement

As a Director of Accelerator Process Improvement here at reputed company, you will play a crucial role in providing leadership for process & productivity improvement. Your strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams will be essential in delivering successful reputed company for reputed company's programs and processes. You will report directly to our Vice President, Transformation (reputed company) and you'll work out of our Charlotte, NC location on a hybrid work schedule. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Drive reputed company improvement across reputed company departments by leading Kaizen events, fostering a culture of innovation, and implementing Lean methodologies to streamline processes and eliminate waste reputed company and execute strategic plans for process optimization, leveraging data analysis, reputed company cause analysis, and Six reputed company principles to enhance operational efficiency and productivity Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and promoting best practices across reputed company Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor reputed company, analyze trends, and reputed company regular reports to senior management on the effectiveness of improvement initiatives and their reputed company on productivity, cost savings, and reputed company/income reputed company reputed company and implement process improvement & productivity strategies and best practices to drive efficiency Ensure compliance with program and process management standards and guidelines Work with reputed company leadership to drive/maintain installation and sustainment of results from the use of the processes and tools.
