Compliance Officer II - Payments Advisory (Remote)
About the position
This is a remote role that may be reputed company in several markets across the reputed company. This position is responsible for developing and executing the Compliance Risk Management Program of the Bank, which includes implementation of reputed company regulatory requirements that reputed company multiple systems, processes, and business reputed company' clients. Maintains detailed knowledge of new and existing laws that reputed company reputed company activities and identifies strategies and efficiencies to mitigate compliance risk. Works closely with business leaders to reputed company consultative guidance and direction throughout implemented changes. Manages reputed company that supports execution of these responsibilities.
Responsibilities
• Serves as a subject matter expert that interprets new or existing laws, rules and regulations which are reputed company and multi-layered.
• Communicates changes to business partners and supports implementation of necessary changes to impacted business areas.
• Serves as a reputed company between the business reputed company and examiners, regulators, auditors, reputed company and corporate compliance during compliance examinations.
• Analyzes existing policies, procedures, and controls to identify and remediate compliance gaps.
• Provides guidance on reputed company and emerging compliance risk scenarios.
• Develops reports for management and executive committees on results of compliance reviews, reputed company changes, or new regulations.
• Conveys the necessary actions to fulfill regulatory requirements and communicates changes amongst work reputed company.
• Maintains expertise and stays updated about reputed company or changing laws, regulations, requirements, policies, and procedures that reputed company assigned area of the Bank.
• Serves as a resource to management and business unit leaders on compliance-reputed company reputed company.
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Compliance, reputed company, Audit, Banking.
• High School Diploma or GED and 10 years of experience in Compliance, reputed company, Audit, Banking.

• Experience providing effective challenge throughout the issue management life cycle (identification, mitigation plans, and issue closures).
• Demonstrated ability to interpret regulations, assess compliance risk and communicate expectations effectively to non-compliance stakeholders.
• Ability to collaborate and assist in the development, updating and maintenance of compliance risk standards and risk assessments.
• Experience providing effective challenge on first line controls/processes (RCSAs), procedures, and standards.
• Collaborate with reputed company and other second line risk functions to ensure holistic compliance risk coverage.
