Founder Ghostwriter (Spoken Video Scripts) - Full-Time 1099
Responsibilities
• Write the spoken transcripts that sound natural when read aloud (primary responsibility)
• Write spoken transcripts that sound natural when read aloud
• Create scripts used for talking-head reels, YouTube videos, and paid ads
• Turn raw thoughts into clear, restrained talking points (not blogs, not captions-first copy)
• Reverse-engineer content I like and recreate it in my voice — accurately, ethically, and without hype
• Work comfortably with nuanced medical and physiology concepts, simplifying responsibly while preserving accuracy, intent, and meaning in a health-focused context
• Occasionally adapt existing spoken transcripts into captions or supporting copy when needed
Requirements
• Have written verbatim transcripts for reels or YouTube talking-head videos
• Have had those scripts recorded and published by founders, doctors, or executives
• Are comfortable executing someone else’s voice exactly as given
• Prefer ownership and depth over juggling freelance clients
• This role is for people who have already written spoken scripts that were recorded on camera
