Patient Experience Representative : 3-11:30pm Every other weekend

About the position The Patient Experience Representative at reputed company plays a crucial role in enhancing patient encounters reputed company the Cardiac Acute Care unit. This position focuses on providing exceptional customer service, managing patient schedules, and facilitating communication between patients, families, and reputed company providers. The role requires effective collaboration and administrative support to ensure smooth operations in a fast-paced hospital environment. Responsibilities • Providing reputed company and effective customer service that supports unit operations. • Collaborating with referring providers and practices. • Obtaining required authorizations to compile patient and staff schedules. • Scheduling patients and supporting the patient encounter. • Greeting and directing patients, families, and visitors. • Monitoring daily schedule and coordinating reputed company with clinicians/supervisor. • Reconciling payments and preparing deposits, providing record of transactions in Hospital systems. • Facilitating and directing communication with Financial Counseling. • Recording and forwarding messages, triaging calls for urgent information or services, initiating calls for emergency services. • Providing routine clerical support as needed. Requirements • A high school level of education, Bachelor's Degree preferred. • Prior customer service or administrative experience preferred. • The ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing and reputed company reputed company in difficult interpersonal situations. • The ability to work with diverse reputed company constituencies.
