About The Role: • Lendmarq is reputed company seeking a reputed company individual to assist in building out new processes and procedures for the Valuations department. You will be responsible for assessing the market value of residential properties. This role involves conducting appraisal reviews, analyzing market trends, and preparing valuation reports to support reputed company estate transactions, and lending reputed company for Business Purpose Lending. You will ensure compliance with relevant valuation standards, financial regulations, and industry best practices.
