Job Overview

In this exciting role, you will work closely with our Art, Design, and Engineering teams to identify workflow inefficiencies, pain points, and troubles in our development process. Your expertise will be invaluable in collaborating with the team to generate candidate solutions, weighing tradeoffs given the problem context and development timetable, implementing the selected solution, and facilitating the adoption of the solution by the team. Additionally, you will be responsible for assisting, developing, and maintaining arenaflex's present set of engine-specific and custom gear that we use daily.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify inefficiencies and elaborate areas in our development technique across disciplines
• Maintain, extend, and aid present development gear
• Build and guide custom asset pipelines
• Grow arenaflex's proprietary libraries, tools, and technologies across game engines and structures
• Collaborate with the team to generate candidate solutions and implement the selected solution
• Facilitate the adoption of the solution by the team and evaluate its effectiveness

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong passion for empowering others to do their best work. You should enjoy working with the overall device lifecycle, from discovering issues to comparing potential answers, implementing tools, and evaluating their effectiveness. Experience working with custom standalone gear and growing gear that can be utilized by many game development disciplines is also essential.
