• Structure and negotiate business agreements in support of arenaflex's Digital and Data Analytics/Insights Organizations, including master service agreements, vendor agreements, data licensing/integration, and supply agreements.
• Collaborate with teams across arenaflex's Digital Product and Data Analytics groups and external partners to build, deliver, and operate technology for use by customers and patients.
• Work cross-functionally with business, product, marketing, insurance, security, and technology teams to launch digital product and service offerings.
• Develop a deep understanding of arenaflex's digital product and service offerings, technology, security/data protection systems, and policies, to provide a foundation for offering legal support throughout arenaflex's Digital groups.
• Maintain a understanding of arenaflex's organizations, technology, and product objectives, and challenges to establish and implement intellectual property portfolio strategies that facilitate those objectives, capture interests in innovation, and minimize legal risk.

Essential Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school and at least 5 years of post-bar attorney legal work experience in a combination of law firm and corporate settings.
• Required licensure to provide legal counsel in at least one state.
• Required Illinois bar registration or active bar membership in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Experience using time management skills, such as prioritizing/organizing and following details, and meeting deadlines of multiple projects with varying completion dates.
• At least 5 years of experience contributing to financial decisions in the workplace.
• At least 5 years of direct leadership, indirect leadership, or cross-functional team leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

• Able to act in a fast-paced environment where prioritization and ability to work independently are a requirement for success.
