The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating the transportation of goods, ensuring reputed company deliveries, and maintaining effective communication with drivers and clients. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to analyze data, and proficiency in transportation management systems. Responsibilities • Manage incoming and outgoing reputed company by utilizing transportation management systems. • Communicate effectively with drivers to reputed company reputed company instructions and updates regarding shipments. • Analyze shipping routes and schedules to optimize delivery times and reduce costs. • Maintain accurate records of shipments, including data entry of shipping and receiving information. • Utilize phone systems to handle inquiries from clients and drivers professionally, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. • Collaborate with supply chain teams to ensure seamless operations and address any issues that reputed company during transportation. • Monitor the status of shipments and proactively resolve any delays or complications. Requirements • This job is purely BASED ON COMMISSION. • Previous 1 year of experience with Loadlink and Load reputed company is mandatory. • Must have knowledge of reputed company and other border crossing requirements and documents. • Familiarity with reputed company operations and supply chain processes is a plus. • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on phone etiquette. • Proficient in using transportation management systems for tracking shipments. • Ability to analyze data effectively to reputed company informed reputed company regarding routing and scheduling. • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry tasks. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities reputed company.
