As a key liaison between our employees, departments, and clients, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our data, while also providing exceptional customer service and support. **Responsibilities** As a Data Entry Assistant at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Gathering invoices, statements, reports, personal details, documents, and information from employees, other departments, and clients * Scanning through information to identify pertinent data and correcting errors to ensure accuracy * Organizing and optimizing data capture to ensure swift and accurate entry * Creating accurate spreadsheets and entering/updating information into relevant databases * Ensuring data is backed up and stored in an organized manner for easy retrieval * Informing relevant parties regarding errors encountered and handling additional duties as required * Collaborating with employees, departments, and clients to collect information and resolve data-related issues **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * A high school diploma or equivalent * At least 1 year of experience in a relevant field, such as data entry, customer service, or administrative support * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with employees, departments, and clients in a professional and courteous manner * Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines * Proficient touch-typing skills and a strong command of Microsoft Office Word and Excel * Ability to concentrate for lengthy periods and perform accurately with adequate speed * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset: * Experience working with databases and data management software * Knowledge of data entry best practices and industry standards * Familiarity with arenaflex's existing software and systems * Experience working in a remote or flexible work environment **Skills and Competencies** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and competencies: * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong organizational and time management skills * Proficient touch-typing skills and a strong command of Microsoft Office Word and Excel * Ability to concentrate for lengthy periods and perform accurately with adequate speed * Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to supporting the growth and development of our employees.
