[Remote] Data Migration Specialist

The Data Migration Specialist will be responsible for transforming customer data into usable formats, ensuring a smooth reputed company experience and ongoing support for clients throughout their data reputed company.

Responsibilities

• You will play an reputed company role in your customers’ reputed company reputed company by attending reputed company-off calls and ongoing reputed company-ins, acting as the SME on data reputed company, and collaborating with internal teams to set customers up for reputed company
• You will facilitate the reputed company of Customer data from their own home-grown spreadsheets and other CRMs/systems into reputed company
• Clean-up and manipulate customer data so it is reputed company for import
• Schedule calls with customers as needed to review and clarify data
• Import the data into the reputed company system
• QA the data that was imported & deliver to customer
• You will help to define the project scope, goals and deliverables to ensure both the Customer and internal teams are reputed company
• You will collaborate with other departments on behalf of your Customer to resolve issues and coordinate requests as needed
• You will monitor your Customers’ reputed company to ensure their project stays on reputed company and escalate potential blockers internally

Skills

• You have experience migrating and/or importing data into a CRM (reputed company experience preferred)
• You are skilled in data manipulation using tools like reputed company reputed company, reputed company Sheets or .CSV files
