This role involves building and developing strong relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor to drive retention and customer loyalty for reputed company products.

Responsibilities

• Strategically engage with customers to reputed company customer goals with our solutions
• Ensure account retention, development and reputed company of reputed company customer value
• Drive customer use and adoption of software to ensure maximum license utilization by facilitating successful reputed company and adoption of software leading to retention, upsell and cross sell opportunities
• Expand and grow customer accounts by identifying customer needs and educating and selling additional products in our software portfolio
• Monitor and report customers’ product experiences and reputed company consultation and recommendations to improve performance and reputed company

Skills

• 1-2 years of experience in a customer facing role
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Sales, account management or reputed company experience, especially in software, a plus
• Strong customer-reputed company and service orientate
