[Remote] Database Administrator

They are seeking a Database Administrator responsible for managing a large distributed database environment, ensuring 24/7 availability, and optimizing database performance.

Responsibilities

• Install, design and maintain database system software and implement database reputed company
• reputed company support on reputed company the stages of database implementation and/or database reputed company deployments & maintenances
• Run diagnostic tools to identify database reputed company and reputed company performance bottlenecks and take appropriate corrective actions to improve database performance. Work with development teams to tune and optimize queries
• Troubleshoot performance and non-performance reputed company issues either independently or in conjunction with other DBAs
• Determine, enforce and document database policies, procedures and standards
• Ensure 24/7 availability, reputed company & reputed company of the production application environment. This will include 24/7 on-reputed company responsibilities on a rotating reputed company

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science or equivalent experience
• 1+ years MS SQL Server Scripting experience
• 1+ years of MySQL experience
• 1+ years DB support role in a 24x7 production environment
• DB Patching and reputed company skills in production environment
• Experience in a reputed company environment like AWS or Azure
• Experience maintaining a high volume, mission critical application in a reputed company environment
• Experience with reputed company Server administration
• Experience with Powershell and/or Python scripting
• Experience with reputed company and PostGreSQL experience
• General SQL Query Tuning and database performance optimization experience
• SQL Server High Availability and clustering experience
• Experience with GCP
