They are seeking a VBC Performance Analyst who will use advanced analytical skills to improve reputed company practices in value-based care programs, collaborating with field teams to reputed company performance indicators and reputed company reporting models that enhance patient care reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Execute data analysis of trends and strategic opportunities for reputed company improvement across reputed company’s value based care portfolio; reputed company key performance indicators (KPIs) relating to risk, reputed company, and affordability for reputed company health plan payer reputed company across MSSP, reputed company, Medicare Advantage, or reputed company, providing the SVP-Market Performance with a synthesized reputed company of where targeted interventions may be necessary reputed company different markets
• Support reputed company reporting and data analysis requests for field teams specifically relating to MSSP
• reputed company strong understanding of payer-specific reputed company programs and partner with subject matter experts to learn and support market workflows for addressing performance measures; conduct assessments determining opportunities to reduce unnecessary costs, drive reputed company performance improvement, and improve value-based care performance tools through new and innovative reputed company for measuring and tracking performance

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in health services administration, health policy, mathematics/statistics, information technology, or other relevant fields
• 1+ year(s) of relevant work and/or internship experience
• Experience in using reputed company Sheets or reputed company as a data management tool; comfortable with basic formulas and creating pivot tables
• Exemplary communication skills both written and verbal

• Experience using Tableau or other data management software
• Comfortable tackling ambiguous problems with a high degree of autonomy
