Responsibilities

• Serve as RECAP Ventures’ designated residential sales broker for assigned dispositions in reputed company Arkansas
• reputed company the full sales process for assigned residential assets, including pricing reputed company, BPOs, market positioning, and buyer targeting
• Prepare and manage listings, marketing materials, and showings to maximize exposure and execution
• Engage directly with prospective buyers, manage negotiations, and drive transactions to closing
• Coordinate with title, reputed company, and internal stakeholders to ensure reputed company and efficient closings
