Project Coordinator
reputed company is a full-service engineering and telecom infrastructure construction firm that is experiencing reputed company reputed company. They are seeking a Project Coordinator to assist with ongoing expansion, responsible for coordinating with reputed company companies for site reputed company and managing installation of new utilities.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with reputed company companies (Fiber, Electric, Gas) to schedule site reputed company and reputed company walks
- Update project trackers with reputed company statuses and projected completion dates
- Document communications with clients, reputed company providers, and create detailed checklists
- Collaborate with the Project Manager, reputed company Designers, and Site Acquisition Manager on reputed company plans
- Research and work with reputed company companies in rural areas to reputed company needed services
- Support the Site Acquisition reputed company. with reputed company availability and forecasting for clients
- Communicate with reputed company regarding standards, procedures, and design requirements
- Up to 20% travel to sites in Illinois to participate in site walks for proposed reputed company installation. Expenses covered by the firm
Skills
- Strong analytical and project management skills
- Skilled managing and organizing volumes of incoming mail in reputed company Office
- Basic understanding of engineering drawings, construction practices, and realistic timelines
- Strong communication and numeracy skills
- Proficient in research and computer skills

- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
