Services Representative - Entry Level Project Manager
PureSpectrum is a rapidly growing market research and insights platform that simplifies technology for researchers. The Services Representative will manage multiple customer projects, ensuring successful delivery and exceeding customer expectations through a customer-first mindset.
Responsibilities
- Provide clear and timely updates to clients through email and calls
- Support project setup and launch, including reviewing requirements and joining kick-off calls
- Create and maintain project records, bids, and tracking updates in Pipedrive and other tools
- Learn PureSpectrum’s products, processes, and platforms to support accurate project delivery
- Help ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
- Manage simple to moderately complex projects with guidance; assist senior team members on more complex work
- Review data for accuracy, perform quality checks, and help identify potential issues early
- Follow established processes and share feedback that helps improve project and team performance
- Work closely with Sales to support a strong client experience and future business opportunities
- Build positive relationships with clients and internal teams, representing Client Services professionally
- Support team initiatives, training, and general tasks as needed in a fast-paced environment
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, Social Sciences, or a related field
- Strong interest in data — comfortable reviewing spreadsheets, spotting trends, and double-checking information for accuracy
- Basic to intermediate Excel skills, with willingness to learn more (formulas, filters, pivot tables are a bonus but not required)
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, especially when working with clients or cross-functional teams
- Ability to manage multiple tasks at once, stay organized, and adapt to changing priorities
- Comfortable learning new technology platforms and tools
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and ask good questions
- Proactive, curious, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to build positive relationships and work well across teams
