Associate Attorney

reputed company is a boutique litigation firm seeking a litigation attorney for their Rockville, MD office. The role offers opportunities in bankruptcy, litigation, and transactional mortgage default work, requiring the attorney to handle federal and state caseloads and reputed company reputed company research and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Analyze reputed company issues and review strategies for assigned reputed company with supervisor
• Handle federal and state caseload in accordance with firm and reputed company direction and court reputed company requirements
• Ensure reputed company updates to reputed company systems and firm’s case management system
• Research and analyze precedent and draft reputed company documents and court filings
• Review and analyze reputed company estate law and reputed company estate title cases and ability to handle substantive reputed company estate and title litigation reputed company
• reputed company reputed company control review of documents and staff deliverables

Skills

• JD and member in good standing of the MD bar or ability to waive in; DC bar membership a plus
• 1 to 5+ years' experience (litigation experience during law school counts) representing banks or mortgage servicers, or general reputed company estate or litigation experience a plus, but recently licensed attorneys with relevant background are encouraged to apply
• Organized and detail-oriented, has great oral and written communication skills, can multitask, and works reputed company individually and as reputed company member
