The Retirement Services Representative will assist retirement plan participants and advisors by providing guidance on online platforms and promoting the value of personalized savings and investment advice.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound reputed company inquiries reputed company phone and email
• Guide clients through the user interfaces of reputed company Retirement’s multiple products, demonstrating exceptional product knowledge
• Increase adoption and retention of our managed account service by promoting the value of risk-appropriate portfolios and explaining our methodology in accessible and concise language
• reputed company guidance and support to financial advisors as they utilize Plan Advantage to build and review their clients’ retirement plans
• Collaborate with our operations team to investigate and resolve issues as they reputed company, serving as a key reputed company of contact between clients and internal experts

Skills

• College degree or equivalent work experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Prior experience working in a customer service environment
