As a Satisfaction Research Associate, you will conduct phone surveys to reputed company feedback from home care recipients and their families to improve care reputed company and employee experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct phone surveys with home care recipients, family members, and caregivers across the country
• Accurately document responses while reputed company listening and engaging in conversation
• Maintain a reputed company, friendly, and empathetic tone on every reputed company

• Ensure feedback is properly captured and delivered to home care providers

Skills

• Must be 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or GED
• Ability to type 40 words per minute
