Accounts Receivable Analyst

They are seeking an Accounts Receivable Analyst to investigate customer payment discrepancies, analyze deductions, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and resolve deductions: Investigate the reputed company causes of customer deductions, such as pricing discrepancies, shortages, or promotional allowances
• Reconcile accounts: Ensure customer accounts are accurate by processing deductions, issuing credit memos for reputed company claims, and recovering invalid ones
• Communicate and collaborate: Work with internal departments (sales, logistics, customer service) and external customers to reputed company information and resolve disputes
• Process transactions: Handle the administrative aspects of deductions, including preparing documentation and performing data entry
• Identify trends and improve processes: Analyze deduction data to identify patterns and trends, and recommend process improvements to minimize reputed company issues and reduce financial exposure
