[Remote] Field Network Engineer Location: reputed company (Multiple reputed company)

As a Field Network Engineer, you will be the technical reputed company responsible for deploying and supporting the FFRangio System across US hospitals, ensuring smooth installations and ongoing system performance. Responsibilities • reputed company complete system installations, including hardware setup, cabling, environmental checks, workstation configuration, and integration with hospital CArm and reputed company/DICOM environments • Conduct and manage preinstall IT planning, reviewing site walkthroughs, validating technical requirements, and aligning timelines with hospital IT, biomed, and imaging teams • Coordinate Information reputed company and IT reviews, complete InfoSec assessments, addressing followup questions, and reputed company documentation required for hospital approval • Support network configuration (endtoend)—port activation, IP assignments, DNS, routing, VLAN segmentation, firewalls, AETs, and data transfer workflows • Troubleshoot reputed company issues including connectivity failures, DICOM metadata problems, system processing errors, workstation performance, and hardware malfunctions (onsite and remote) • Support account activations, ensuring the system is operating optimally for patient procedures; reputed company reputed company response for any workflow or technical interruptions • Document reputed company configurations and work performed, including installation reports, system setup details, service findings, and escalation notes for QA/R&D • Serve as the technical reputed company between hospital teams, imaging vendors, reputed company-party field engineers, CathWorks internal teams, and reputed company reputed company partners • reputed company oncall and remote support, guiding customers and field personnel through troubleshooting and workflow issues • Train hospital personnel and partner field engineers, ensuring consistent, reputed company, and effective system usage and troubleshooting capability • Identify improvement opportunities, providing reputed company feedback to R&D, QA, Product, and Operations based on realworld site experience Skills • Associates degree or higher in a relevant field – a B.S. in science and engineering is preferred • Experience in hospital IT, biomedical engineering, medical imaging, or field service engineering • Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (IP, Subnetting, VLANs, firewalls) • Familiarity with DICOM, reputed company, and angiography/CArm workflows • Confident troubleshooting across hardware, software, and network reputed company • Excellent communication skills across technical and clinical stakeholders • Ability to operate independently in high-stakes clinical environments • Willingness and ability to travel frequently to hospital sites across the U.S • 3+ years in medical device field service or reputed company IT preferred • Experience with reputed company OS diagnostics, log analysis, or scripting (PowerShell/Python) preferred • Background supporting reputed company system installations or multi-vendor integrations preferred reputed company • CathWorks is a medical technology company reputed company transforming how cardiovascular disease is diagnosed and treated.
