Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Customer Care Representative to join our team in a remote work capacity. As a Senior Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound service inquiries, creating leads, and selling new services to our customers. Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound service inquiries from residential and commercial customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their concerns
  • Create leads and sell new services to customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services
  • Offer creative solutions to customers, including home inspection leads, to enhance their overall experience and increase revenue
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, using all available resources to achieve one-call resolution
  • Cultivate and maintain ongoing customer relationships, ensuring that customers are satisfied with our services and continue to do business with us
  • Use computerized systems to identify customer needs, track contacts, gather information, and troubleshoot issues
  • Communicate with branch personnel to resolve service and scheduling issues, ensuring that customers receive seamless and efficient service
  • Initiate outbound customer service calls for various campaigns, promoting our products and services to new and existing customers
  • Assist with collecting payments that have gone to collections due to non-payment, using persuasive communication skills to negotiate payment arrangements

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Combined 1-2 years of sales and customer service experience, with a proven track record of success in a similar role
  • Ability to use computer-related technology, including Google Suite and Microsoft Windows
  • Basic knowledge of computer systems and software applications, with the ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to overcome objections and de-escalate situations
  • Good problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays, with a minimum of 25 hours per week
  • Dependable and consistently punctual, with a strong work ethic and commitment to delivering exceptional results
