The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing annual plans, negotiating agreements, and providing subject matter expertise to resolve complex customer issues. If you have a proven track record of success in direct sales, a passion for building brands, and a desire to work in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment, we encourage you to apply. **Responsibilities:** As a Senior Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for: * Leading a cross-functional team to deliver business results across key customers in the Northeast region * Developing and executing annual plans to achieve aggressive business targets * Negotiating agreements with key customers to ensure alignment and execution * Providing subject matter expertise to resolve complex customer issues * Collaborating with cross-functional teams to build annual plans and achieve business objectives * Partnering with senior management to drive business growth and development * Developing and leveraging top-level external relationships at major accounts to optimize arenaflex positioning in the market * Overseeing ongoing account updates and performance reporting against key metrics * Problem-solving plan gaps and bringing forward recommendations to deliver on required business objectives **System Leadership:** * Participating in all system routines as needed to provide customer updates and performance reporting * Working closely with Coca-Cola NAOU and Bottler Customer Leads to maximize mutual customer plans and results * Building and leveraging relationships with both arenaflex teams and Bottlers to ensure alignment and focus on delivering key customer objectives **Cross-Functional Communication and Collaboration:** * Providing ongoing updates on customer plan results and opportunities to arenaflex management * Participating in key cross-functional routines to provide ongoing plan updates and ensure flawless execution of customer programs and initiatives * Providing customer input to annual plans, including marketing, commercial, and innovation plans **Organizational/People Development:** * Leveraging cross-functional resources to deliver best-in-class capabilities to customers * Managing to annual T&E budget for the department to ensure alignment with internal financial objectives **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree or relevant experience required * Must be located in the Northeast/Pennsylvania area * 5 years of experience with direct sales in the CPG industry, with a proven track record of success in selling into multiple national and regional channel customers * Experience developing strong collaborative strategic relationships with national retailers * Ability to utilize and mine syndicated data to translate into fact-based storytelling * Self-motivated and highly organized, with a strong desire to produce results and an entrepreneurial spirit * Ability to quickly assess the needs of the business, develop an action plan, and manage required change * Passion for building brands, new products, and long-term growth * Verifiable list of current contacts with appropriate buyers and divisional managers * Solid computer skills in Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word * Strong understanding and analytical skills in understanding of Nielsen/IRI syndicated data **Skills:** * Branding * Business * Business Planning * Channels Strategy * Communication * Cross-Functional Teamwork * Customer Insights * Demand Generation * Key Performance Indicators (KPI) * Leadership * Merchandising * Microsoft Office * Microsoft Power BI * Sales Channel Development * Strategic * Strategy Development * Tableau **Compensation and Benefits:** * Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience * A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered * Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage: 30 **Our Purpose and Growth Culture:** arenaflex is taking deliberate action to nurture an inclusive culture that is grounded in our company purpose, to refresh the world and make a difference.
