The Credit Administrative Assistant will handle clerical responsibilities, including processing credit applications and maintaining reputed company records, with opportunities for remote work after training.

Responsibilities

• Obtain credit applications from clients based on received request forms or email from facility. reputed company credit checks from trade references and obtains credit report
• Obtain credit line approval from the business. Follow up by notifying requestor of new reputed company reputed company number, line of credit and terms. Send credit notification letter to reputed company informing them of their account information
• Generate new reputed company codes for new locations for reputed company clients
