Position Overview: This is a dynamic hands-on creative role for someone whos part strategist part designer and part digital storyteller. Youll own the brands social presence create engaging photo and video content and design eye-catching graphics that represent Weavers modern people-first approach to IT. Youll work closely with marketing sales and leadership teams to plan content capture stories and elevate our brands visual identity. Youll also help keep our social content calendar on track proactively scheduling coordinating with internal team members and ensuring deadlines are met. Key Responsibilities: • Key Responsibilities • Social Media Content Creation • Plan shoot and edit engaging short-form videos (TikToks Reels Stories). • Write captions and posts that reflect our brand voice and partner messages. • Keep up with social media trends and suggest creative ways to apply them to Weavers content. • Post and engage regularly on LinkedIn Instagram TikTok and other platforms. • Graphic Design & Branding • Design digital and print marketing materials including event flyers social media graphics and presentation decks. • Support partner and campaign co-branding (Dell Fortinet RUCKUS etc.). • Maintain consistent visual standards across all brand touchpoints. • Collaboration & Scheduling • Coordinate with team members (AEs engineers leadership) to schedule interviews photos or short videos. • Keep projects on track through organized planning and proactive follow-up. • Travel occasionally to capture content at customer sites partner events and company functions. • Reporting & Improvement • Track post performance and share quick insights on whats working. • Use feedback and data to refine content strategy and creative direction. What Were Looking For • A creative confident storyteller whos active on social media and tuned into trends. • Organized and detail-oriented you love planning content calendars and following through. • Outgoing assertive and comfortable coordinating with others to make content happen. • A team player who can balance creativity with deadlines. Qualifications • 24 years of experience in social media content creation or digital marketing. • Strong graphic design and video editing skills (Canva Adobe Creative Suite or CapCut). • Experience creating TikToks Reels and short-form video content. • Excellent writing captioning and storytelling ability. • Willingness to travel for events and content shoots. • Experience with HubSpot or basic analytics tools (training available).
