[Remote] Crypto Compliance Analyst (Payments & OTC)

Marriott Bonvoy Group Supply Chain Management is enhancing its compliance framework for crypto and blockchain initiatives, focusing on payments and OTC transactions. They are seeking a Crypto Compliance Analyst to support compliance, monitoring, and control frameworks related to crypto activities, collaborating with various teams to assess risks and define internal standards. Responsibilities • Support compliance analysis for crypto payments, stablecoin flows and OTC transactions • Assist with monitoring transaction activity and identifying potential risk indicators • Support evaluation of OTC counterparties from a compliance and risk perspective • Track regulatory developments related to crypto payments and institutional usage • Prepare internal compliance reports and documentation for stakeholders • Assist with defining policies, controls and procedures for crypto-related operations • Coordinate with internal teams during audits, reviews or pilot programs Skills • Experience in compliance, risk, AML, fintech or financial operations roles • Understanding of crypto payments, stablecoins and OTC market structure • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail • Ability to work with policies, reports and regulatory documentation • Clear communication skills in English • Comfort working in a regulated corporate environment • Exposure to AML frameworks, transaction monitoring or financial regulation Benefits • Token Allocation: available depending on program structure • Legacy: annual performance bonus and long-term growth within the crypto initiative Company Overview • Welcome to the official LinkedIn page of the Marriott Bonvoy Group's Supply Chain Management division.
