[Remote] Inside Sales (Xpand Demand)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Forward Solutions is a growing private company that offers outsourced sales, marketing, and customer support services. They are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to manage an active sales pipeline, generate new business opportunities, and contribute to the growth of their clients' products.
Responsibilities
- Achieve sales goals and objectives
- Sourcing new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and emails
- Maintain accurate and frequent customer information within internal CRM systems
- Qualifying, following-up and tracking sales leads
- Understand and explain the product and product benefits to the customer
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
Skills
- Achieve sales goals and objectives
- Sourcing new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and emails
- Maintain accurate and frequent customer information within internal CRM systems
- Qualifying, following-up and tracking sales leads
- Understand and explain the product and product benefits to the customer
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
- Inside Sales experience in B2B markets
- Full cycle sales experience - you must be both a 'hunter' and a 'closer'
- Proven ability to reach and even surpass sales goals
- Experience working with different channels of distribution
- Ability to self-manage, i.e., to work unsupervised from home
- Strong technical skills as we stay highly connected using technology
- Previous experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce.com, Microsoft Dynamics, Sugar CRM, Siebel, ACT, Goldmine, or another comparable system)
- A college degree is strongly preferred
