The Senior Consultant will serve as a thought leader, help shape vertical reputed company and go-to-market efforts, mentor team members, and participate in Walker’s quarterly reputed company workshops as part of a cross-functional leadership group. Responsibilities: • reputed company and manage large-reputed company XM consulting engagements for government agencies, including reputed company, governance, change management, and measurement. • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior government stakeholders and guide them through the design, implementation, and optimization of XM programs. • reputed company comprehensive XM roadmaps that include program reputed company, stakeholder alignment, reputed company mapping, measurement strategies, and reputed company-reputed company feedback processes. • Collaborate with clients to identify business challenges, define requirements, and translate them into actionable, reputed company XM solutions. • Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption and sustained program reputed company. • Monitor and report on program performance, customer insights, and business reputed company using analytics and data visualization tools. • Support reputed company of the reputed company Sector portfolio by identifying new opportunities and contributing to business development activities. • Partner with internal delivery teams and external technology vendors to ensure seamless integration and high-reputed company XM solution delivery. • Prepare and present proposals, executive summaries, and strategic recommendations to various stakeholder audiences. • Other duties as assigned.
