Licensed Behavioral Health Clinician - Remote! HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Licensed Behavioral Health Clinician to join a Psychiatric Collaborative Care company in Oregon. Pay Details: • $50K- $85K per year (based on licensure/certification and experience) • Opportunity to earn quarterly bonuses up to another $10K annually! Shift: Monday - Friday, flexible 8-hr day shift, remote! Required Qualifications for the Licensed Behavioral Health Clinician: • Must have LPC, LMSW, LPC, LCSW, CSWA, QMHP, LPCA or Psychologist in the designated state (Oregon) Benefits for the Licensed Behavioral Health Clinician: • Medical, dental, vision healthcare benefits package • 5 Weeks of Paid Time off in Vacation and Holidays! Daily Responsibilities for the Licensed Behavioral Health Clinician: • Screen and assess patients for mental health and substance abuse disorders. Facilitate patient engagement, treatment plans, and follow-up care. • Provide brief behavioral interventions using evidence-based techniques such as behavioral activation, problem-solving treatment, motivational interviewing, or other treatments as appropriate supported by the clinical technology software. • Support psychotropic medication management as prescribed by medical providers, focusing on treatment adherence monitoring, side effects, and effectiveness of treatment. • Systematically track treatment response and monitor patients for changes in clinical symptoms and treatment side effects or complications.
