[Remote] CS Implementation Consultant | P21

As a CS Implementation Consultant, you will lead customer implementations of Prophet 21 software, mentor peers, and ensure high-quality service delivery while collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing project tasks. Responsibilities • Lead customer implementations of Prophet 21 software while coaching and mentoring PS Consultants to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and assist Project Managers in defining direction, timelines, schedules, and activities for project areas • Establish and maintain strong working relationships across Epicor and customer organizations • Estimate project tasks accurately and ensure all deliverables in your area are completed on time and within budget • Conduct customer core team training and perform knowledge sharing with peers • Support project execution by meeting utilization targets and completing deliverables on schedule • Contribute to project planning and control by identifying resource needs and monitoring task performance Skills • 7+ years of experience in distribution or distribution accounting • 5+ years of consulting experience preferred • Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience) • Expertise in all core modules of Prophet 21 and demonstrated knowledge across industry verticals • Willingness to travel up to 80% • Ability to meet utilization targets and deliver project outcomes on time with strong project management and technical skills • Proven ability to plan work, prioritize resources, and monitor task performance effectively • Customer-centric, results-driven, and self-motivated with the ability to work independently • Strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills, including virtual presentation capabilities Benefits • Comprehensive health and wellness benefits designed to support your overall well-being. • Opportunities for mentorship, continuing education, and focused career goal setting, with 25% of positions filled internally. • Free LinkedIn Learning licenses for everyone, along with our Mentoring Program to boost your personal development. • Collaborate with a diverse team in an inclusive, global workplace that fosters innovation and celebrates partnership. • Policies built on mutual trust and support, encouraging time off to rest, recharge, and reconnect. • Comprehensive support for international relocations and permanent residency processes.
