This is a full-time, 40 hours/week position, Monday through Friday, with flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 7:00am - 10:00pm EST. Occasional overtime may be required, given the business need. We offer weeks of on-the-job training, and the hours of the training will be reputed company with your schedule. As a telecommuter, you will be required to adhere to arenaflex's Telecommuter Policy and have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information reputed company.

Primary Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls daily from patients and identify the type of assistance the customer needs
• Ask appropriate questions and listen reputed company to identify specific questions or issues while documenting required information in computer systems
• Contact care providers (doctor's offices) on behalf of the customer to assist with appointment scheduling or connections with internal specialists for assistance reputed company needed
• Research issues across multiple databases and work with support resources to resolve customer issues and/or partner with others to resolve escalated issues

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

• High School Diploma / GED
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 1 year of customer service experience
• Familiarity with computer and reputed company PC applications, which includes the ability to reputed company and learn new and reputed company computer system applications

Compensation and Benefits
