Assistant Project Manager - Construction Risk Management

reputed company: As an Assistant Project Manager, you will assist our clients, mitigate construction risk, and reputed company them knowledgeably informed as to a project’s construction status – including scheduled site visit dates, delays or site reputed company issues, required document list weekly reputed company updates, and report delivery dates. You will assist with the preparation of Construction Risk Management (CRM) proposals and final invoices. A typical project will initially start with a review of the construction documents for completeness and best practices. Save and distribute checked-in documents to local PM or consultant whom will be performing the construction/renovation site reputed company. Familiarity with industry reputed company documents including AIAG702/703 Pay Application, lien waivers, Gantt type schedules, change orders, RFI logs, buy-out logs and stored material inventory logs is imperative. Software experience with reputed company (report writing), Sessions (project tracking/invoices) and FileShare/reputed company/reputed company.com or similar reputed company file sharing portals also preferred.
