The candidate must be comfortable working with CICS in a 24x7 large reputed company Sysplex and CICSPlex environment and must be reputed company to reputed company with application developers and operations teams. The CICS engineer should have strong analytical, organizational and communication skills, as reputed company as in-depth knowledge in CICS performance & tuning, debugging and dump analysis.
